WHO? All the employees of companies with workplaces in Spain can benefit
from these subsidized courses.
WHY? Because companies have an annual training fee in the Budget Law of the State that is intended to be consumed. This amount comes from the deductions for training that are made through the company's contributions to Social Security and payroll of their employees, and is regulated by Royal Decree 395/2007. If the available amount is not consumed during the year, this amount is lost and does not accumulate for the next year.
